Duration of Contest:
The Contest will begin on April 15, 2008 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and end on August 15, 2008 at 7:00:00 p.m. EST (the “Contest Term”). 

Eligibility Criteria:
You must be a legal U.S. resident physically residing within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (residents of Wisconsin, Indiana, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territory or possession are excluded from entry and participation). You must also be at least 18 years old at time of entry and be the owner of or recipient of at least $75,000 in unencumbered winnings due within the next 3 years from a state lottery or other cash prize winning. You must also present proof of cash winning and/or a w2g certificate. Finally you must speak to a Prosperity Partner Representative by phone to complete the registration process and qualify for the contest. All employees of Prosperity Partners, Inc. (“PPi”, “Sponsor”), Fastbreak Marketing Group, LLC. (“FMG”), or any sponsor of the Contest, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, as well as members of their immediate families and households (including parents, children, spouses and siblings and/or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not) are not eligible. The Contest is void wherever prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. No group, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members. 

How to Enter:
Three ways to enter: a) To enter the contest you must call (800) 254-0187 and supply your full legal name, complete residential address, day and evening phone numbers and e-mail address to a PPi representative between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST. b) To Register for the Contest online, participants must first register at www.winanothermillion.com, and complete all questions requested at the site. Secondly, participant must also call or accept a phone call from a PPi representative to verify eligibility and qualify. c) You may also enter by mailing in a 3-1/2” x 5” index card in a standard #10 envelope, with your full legal name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes) including city, state and zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers with area code, and e-mail address along with verification of cash prize winnings or a copy of your w2g certificate and copy of your driver’s License to “Win Another Million*” Contest, 1015 10th Street, Lake Park, FL, 33403. A Participant must follow-up the mail-in registration with a phone call or accept a phone call from a PPi representative to verify eligibility and qualify. A PPi representative is not required to call you to confirm your eligibility and to register you within the contest. The obligation to complete registration and speak to a PPi representative is the full responsibility of the participant/entrant. No entry fee is required. Participants must complete registration into the contest beginning on April 15, 2008 through August 15, 2008 between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) by speaking to a PPi representative. The Contest will begin on April 15, 2008 (the “Start Date”). Registration will continue after the Start Date; however, any Participant who registers after August 15, 2008 at 9:01 p.m. EST and does not speak to a PPi representative to complete the registration will not be eligible for entering the contest. To be eligible to be a monthly semi-finalist, Participants must register by the 15th of the relevant month by 7:00 p.m. EST with a PPi representative, but in no event may any Participant be eligible to be selected as a semi-finalist more than once for the entire contest period. One semi-finalist and chance to win per household, no matter how many cash prize winnings you register with PPi. All times listed in these Rules will be Eastern Standard Time / Eastern Daylight Standard Time.

Contest Specifics:
The Contest is a Match Five (5) to get a Prize Sealed Envelope Contest.

Three (3) Monthly Semi-Finalists will be randomly selected for each month of the four (4) months of the Contest Term on or about May 16, 2008, June 16, 2008, July 16, 2008 and August 16, 2008. At the end of the four (4) months, three (3) Finalists will be randomly selected on or about August 17th from the twelve qualified semi-finalists. To be eligible to become a monthly Semi-Finalist, Participants must be registered in accordance with the following schedule and speak to a PPi representative:

Each of the three (3) Contest Finalists will have a chance to open envelopes from his/her designated set of forty (40) sealed envelopes until exactly five (5) identical messages have been revealed. Only one set of forty (40) envelopes per Finalist. Each set of forty (40) envelopes will consist of the exact following: five (5) envelopes containing a One Million Dollars* message; six (6) envelopes containing a $100,000 message; nine (9) envelopes containing a $10,000 message; and twenty (20) envelopes containing $500 message. Each finalist will draw a number at the event to determine who will be the first to participate in the contest. Only One Million Dollar* prize is available to be won. If the first Finalist to open their set of 40 sealed envelopes qualifies for the one million dollar* prize, the subsequent two finalists can only win up to $100,000 each. The one million dollar* prize is eliminated once it is uncovered. All other prizes uncovered may still be won by any of the Finalists. Each Finalist must open envelopes from his/her designated set until the Finalist has matched five (5) identical prize messages. No envelopes may be opened after five (5) identical messages have been matched. The five (5) matched messages will denote the Prize to be awarded to that contestant for the contest event. The odds for winning each prize is the following: $1,000,000 = 1:500; $100,000 = 1:100; $10,000 = 1:14; $500 = 1:1.09

Prizes:
Each of the Three (3) Finalist will win a trip for two (2) to West Palm Beach Florida for the Contest Event and a chance to win a million dollars*. Prize trip will include round trip coach air transportation for Finalist and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to West Palm Beach Florida and standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2); a one (1) day/ one (1) night hotel stay; transportation to and from the Hotel to the Event, and a cash allowance of $200. Total event trip prize value is $1,500.00. If Finalist is located in South Florida area, airfare will be awarded in cash.

At the Contest Event each of the three Finalists will have the opportunity to win only one of the following: a) One Million Dollars* ($1,000,000). The One Million Dollars will be paid via 40 year annuity*; b) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), payable in a one-time lump sum amount; c) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), payable in a one-time lump sum amount; d) Five Hundred Dollars ($500), payable in a one-time lump sum amount. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Odds of becoming a semi-finalist depend on number of eligible entries received during the contest term. Odds of a semi-finalist becoming a finalist are 3:12 (1:4). Odds of winning a given prize in the envelope contest are listed above. Maximum possible value of all prizes in the envelope contest is one million, two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000), which does not include trip portion of the finalist prize. Each finalist will receive a 1099-misc for the total value of envelope prize won and trip prize for the event. Each Prize Winner is responsible for the payment of all taxes attributable to the Prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, as applicable. All other expenses and incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be awarded for any prize, except that PPi may substitute a prize of equal value for any reason. The event portion of the contest will take place on a date scheduled by PPi in its sole discretion, or such portion will be forfeited. Travel and hotel arrangements to be determined by PPi in its sole discretion. Finalist and travel guest must travel together and Finalist must be present to participate in the Contest or forfeit their chance to participate and win. If, for any reason, the Finalist cancels or becomes unavailable for the contest date specified by PPi, then they will forfeit their chance to participate and win. Finalist cannot send a family member or alternate to take their place at the event under any circumstances. Finalist must be present to participate and win and no additional compensation will be awarded and no cash value will be awarded for the trip. The Finalist and guest are responsible for all other costs and incidentals during the event trip. All expenses not specified as included are finalists and guests’ sole responsibility, including but not limited to, meals, gratuities, phone calls and all other ground transportation not specified. Prize Finalist is responsible for booking hotel and air accommodations at least thirty (30) days prior to intended date of departure through travel agency designated by PPi. Prize Finalist may be required to present a valid credit card in his/her name to cover incidental expenses at hotel. PPi will not be responsible for any taxes related to the trip portion of the Contest event. Trip prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. PPi reserves the right to substitute the prizes above with a prize of equal or greater value at their sole discretion. PPi further reserves the right to postpone, amend or modify the Contest for any reason, in the sole discretion of PPi. The winners shall be responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. In the event that any prize component is unavailable for any reason, the remaining elements of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of PPi’s obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize consists only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Three (3) total possible prizes may be awarded.

Winner Notification:
All entries will be qualified by PPi whose decisions are final and binding. The three monthly, randomly selected, semi-finalists will be selected by FMG. The three Event Contest Finalists will be randomly selected by FMG and will be notified by FMG by phone and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. Finalist and companion must each complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and return them to FMG within days (3) days, otherwise finalist will be disqualified and an alternate will be randomly selected from the remaining nine (9) semi-finalists. Void where prohibited by law. If the Finalist cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Rules, if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, and/or if he/she does not complete and return the Affidavit/Release within the designated time period, that potential finalist will be disqualified and the next semi-finalist will be randomly selected and contacted. At the event, if a Contest Finalist should win a prize of $10,000 or greater, they will be required to sign another Winner’s Affidavit & Release form and will be required to supply a copy of their government issued identification card containing the photo of the winner.

General Conditions:
By entering the Contest, Participants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Rules, or the Contest itself. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Contest. In the event of any unanticipated occurrence that was not fully addressed by the Rules, PPi may modify the Rules to address such occurrence. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted; incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters. Prizes will only be awarded if winners comply with official rules and will only be delivered within the states involved in the contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper form of entry into the contest. Finalists assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, prize related activity or travel, and release PPi and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and assigns and advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively “Released Parties”), from any such liability. Released Parties assume(s) no responsibility for any injury or damage to Participant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from this Contest. PPi is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any printing, promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, including but not limited to, the administration of this Contest, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, improper, illegible or postage due. Participants and finalist agree that Sponsor has made no representation, warranty or guaranty, expressed or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the prizes. All entries received after valid dates are void and ineligible for prizes. All mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entry constitutes permission to Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee(s) (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, worldwide, without additional compensation.
